Procedures Prestige Bumpers repairs and inspects each individual o.e.m. recycled bumper cover before it is shipped out. We repair our o.e.m. recycled bumper covers strictly with high quality products and then are sanded down to perfection. Our final touch is priming our o.e.m. bumper covers with high quality waterborne flexible primer making your bumper cover ready to be painted.
